Description
T series spiral bevel gear reducer, also known as right-angle steering gear reducer or 90-degree steering gear reducer. It adopts shaft input and shaft output structure, can be single-shaft or double-shaft output, and can rotate in forward and reverse directions. It has a compact structure and occupies little space. T series spiral bevel gear reducer is suitable for building materials, electric power, metallurgy, food, feed, textile, printing, packaging, manufacturing, chemical industry, forestry, tobacco, construction, electrical machinery, industrial robots and other mechanical products and devices. Its working conditions should meet below requirements: the maximum speed of the high-speed shaft is no more than 1500r/min, and the working environment temperature is -40~+50°C. When it is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil should be heated to 0°C before starting.

Product Maintenance:
Correct use of lubricating oil is essential for the high efficiency of the T-type steering box and extending its working life. The initial wear period of the steering box is two weeks or 100-200 hours. During this time, there may be a small amount of metallic wear particles in the box body. Please note to clean the inside and replace the oil. After the initial wear period, change the oil every six months to one year or every 1000-2000 hours. In the workplace with harsh working environment like high temperature and large dust, the lubricating oil should be checked every half month, replace it if it’s dirty, to prolong the gearbox service life.
