Shengjie adopts HT250 high-strength cast iron as housing material of R series helical gear motor reducer, it is with a shot-shaped inner cavity, which effectively reduces the wear of parts, dissipates heat quickly, and increases the bearing capacity.
The gears are made of low-carbon alloy steel, processed by imported gear grinding machines, with high hardness, stable performance, vacuum carburizing treatment, and uniform carburization.
The gear shaft is made of high-strength bearing steel, quenched and finished, with strong bearing capacity and stable transmission.
The output shaft has undergone multiple precision machining, and has passed the rigorous dynamic and static balance test to ensure that the reducer runs smoothly and low noise.
The accessories we only use high-precision bearings, imported brand oil seal, which effectively reduce friction, and the efficiency of gear transmission reaches 97%.
