Shengjie’s K series helical-bevel gear units is a new type of right-angle reduction transmission device composed of helical gear and bevel gear transmission. The gear units is optimally designed in accordance with international standards, and has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, fine transmission ratio classification, wide usage range, large transmission torque, reliable performance, low vibration, low noise, flexible installation, and convenient use and maintenance for customers. K series helical-bevel gear units is widely used in various low-speed, high-torque right-angle transmissions, and is a general basic part of mechanical transmission.
The basic speed ratio of K series helical bevel gear units ranges from 5.36 to 197.37, the combined speed ratio of K series and R series can reach up to 32625. Its torque ranges from 200 to 50000 N.m, power ranges from 0.18 to 200 kW. The input methods include direct motor connection, motor belt connection or input shaft and connection flange input. The output modes include hollow shaft output or solid shaft output. KF series is one type with flange mouted solid shaft output.
K series helical-bevel gear units are used in industries like metallurgy, mining, lifting, conveying, chemical industry, food, building materials, light industries.
