FF series is one type of flange mounted F series helical gear motor. FF series helical gear motor is made of rigid cast iron housing, and the gear is made of high-quality steel. The surface is subjected to high-frequency heat treatment and precision machining to ensure the parallelism of the shaft and the accuracy of positioning. It has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, large transmission torque and high reliability. It is widely used in many low-speed drive mechanical equipment and very suitable for use in the case of limited installation space.

Shengjie’s F series helical gear motor housing is made of HT250 high-strength cast iron, with a shot-shaped inner cavity, which effectively reduces the wear of parts, dissipates heat quickly, and increases the bearing capacity of the thickened box.
The gears are made of low-carbon alloy steel, processed by imported gear grinding machines, with high hardness, stable performance, vacuum carburizing treatment.
The gear shaft is made of high-strength bearing steel, quenched and finished, with strong bearing capacity and stable transmission.
The output shaft has undergone multiple precision machining, and has passed the rigorous dynamic and static balance test to ensure that the reducer runs smoothly and has low noise.
For the accessories, we use high-precision bearings, imported brand oil seal, which effectively reduce friction and leakage, to ensure the high efficiency and stale, reliable running.
