Each of our materials and reducers are rigorously inspected by professional quality control workers, ensuring that the products provided to customers comply with industry quality standard and international standard.
Q3: Can you make OEM/ODM orders?

Q4: Do you provide samples?
A4: Yes, samples are available for quality evaluation, and sample cost will be refunded from official order.
Q5: What kind of packaging do you use?
A5: Usually we use packaging 5 layer of export standard carton with plywood case or plywood pallet outside. The packing depends on size and weight of different gearboxes, we will make sure each gearbox will be protected well to avoid any damage during transportation.
Q6: What is your delivery terms and payment terms?
A6: EXW, FOB(Ningbo/Shanghai), CFR, CIF, DAP,DDP are available.
We accept T/T payment, credit card, alipay, wechatpay, etc. Related photos or videos of finished goods will be provided before your balance payment. And inspection from your side is also accepted.
Q7: How long is your lead time? How do you guarantee on-time delivery?
A7: For FCL order, 30 days after receiving your deposit, urgent order can be finished in 15-20days, large quantity need to recheck.
For LCL order, it will take 7-15days.
Q8: How to deliver the goods?
A8: by sea – buyer appoints the forwarder, or our sales team help to find suitable forwarder for buyers.
by air – buyer provide collect express account, or our sales team finds suitable express for buyers, mostly for sample or urgent order.
our company can also arrange to deliver the goods to some places in China appointed by buyers.
Q9: What about your product warranty period and after-sales policy?
A9: Our warranty period is 1 year since shipment date. And generally our product quality complaint rate is less than 0.5%. If you meet any problems, please provide us pictures or videos, we will give feedbacks within 24 hours. If reducer failures by non-human factors, we will provide spare parts or products for you to replace. Besides, our technicians can also provide remote guidance if needed.
